You are just a few steps away from applying to the 41^st Annual National Shrimp Festival as a Retail Marketplace vendor.  But, there are several important items to be aware of as you decide to apply to the Festival. 

Application Process - Complete application in its entirety & have it postmarked no later than May 15, 2012.

Payment - Include separate check/payment for each fee:

• Application Fee $15 – nonrefundable, will be deposited upon receipt
• Booth Fee $950 – will be deposited after June 1, 2012 if accepted

Insufficient Funds Procedure – In the event a check is returned, the vendor will be assessed a $25.00 NSF fee.  Full payment is due within 10 business days of such occurrence.  In any case, a second returned check will result in automatic dismissal from Festival.

Image Requirements – Each vendor must submit an image of your booth display.  All photos become the property of the Annual National Shrimp Festival and will NOT be returned.  The Annual National Shrimp Festival reserves the right to use any artist’s images for promotional purposes without further notice.

Business Licenses – All accepted vendors are required to obtain the following business license:

• City of Gulf Shores
• Baldwin County
