Fiery Irie Island Shrimp atop Zatarain's Caribe Cakes...Mango Chile glazed shrimp infused with dark rum served atop a Zatarain’s tropical rice cake. Served with arugula, pea tendrils, and mint tossed in lime vinaigrette and topped with sweet potato hay.  One box of rice makes 6 cakes. 3 U10 shrimp per plate and 4oz greens finish plate.
